Type: Layout Contest

Partcipants: Anyone

Criteria: Make a layout using Div Layers and or Tables. The layout must be in working order and must have at least two other pages to link to within the layout design. The two extra pages should feature the layout you made in working order AND in the body of the design, it must read "This is a filler page." You may use anime, manga, video game, or real world pictures. Be sure the layout can fit into a 800x600 screen without having to scroll left and right. HTML, PHP, CSS, and style sheets my also be used. Remember, the better the quality of images the better the layout looks.

Awards: You can win an award for your website (if you have one) or for safe keeping/bragging rights AND you have the choice of becoming a permenant member of the Starlight Designs Team.

Winners: There will be three Winners who get and award and a chance to join the team also there wil be 3 runner ups who just recieve awards. If a main winner passes up the chnace for staffness then the next runner up gets the chance.

Other Info: All winning layouts made for the contest will be forever stored on the Starlight Designs website.

How to Submit Your Layouts
To Submit your layouts, please ZIP all files into one zip file and send them to Kaze Kikotsu via e-mail. Remember any stolen content will be ejected from the contest immediatly. I check the code and the visual content not just who can make a prettier layout. Also, please be sure to inclue the following information:
