     Hey, this is Kaze Kikostu. This layout features a sad Minako Aino from Sailor Moon. It's a great pic even thou it's so sad. Oh, and no stealing the pic please. I took my time to color it to look like that. Unfortuneately this layout does not look as good on Netscape. It still works, but many of the features are lost. So it's best if you're going to use this layout to have Internet Explorer. I'm sorry netscape users, I don't use Netscape so I don't think about how things would get affected. Well, everyone enjoy the layout and have fun.
