About this Layout Well this is my first try at this kind of a layout, and I would have to say, it's pretty cool lookin. This layout was made because I have been visiting sites over the past few days and noticed the pattern of this kind of a layout, so here you go guys and girls. The layout features Galaxia, the master villian from the StarS series of Sailor Moon. The Navagation goes to the left, which I have kindly filled out for you, and the contents go here. Extras:   - 2 small banners   - 1 icon   - Blank top image Using This Layout Unzip the zip file to a folder. After unzipping the files, personalize the layout and upload everything to your server. To customize the homepage (change content, navagation, ect.), open home.html and edit the page the way you would like it. If you have any questions or problems with the layout, you can post them on the Starlight Designs Message Board. This design uses a style sheet for formating the font face and colors.
