Starlight Designs Terms of Use Policies

These are Starlight Design's policies. Please read over carefully. You must agree to these Terms of Use before you are permitted to use anything you download from Starlight Designs. If you choose to download anything from Starlight Designs, you have, by default, accepted these terms.

Site Terms

• Direct linking anything on Starlight Designs is strictly prohibited.
• A link back to Starlight Designs is absolutely required if and when you use anything downloaded from Starlight Designs.
• Redistribution of anything on this website, including information and graphics, is strictly prohibited without permission from Kaze Kikotsu.
• In no way is any part of Starlight Designs to be duplicated anywhere else.

Layout Terms

• Everything must stay intact on the layout, including images and coding, in order for it to be used. You may not download the layout just for the code and change all the images.
• You may not redistribute any of the layouts found on Starlight Designs with our Kaze Kikotsu's permission, period.
• Both the link back to Starlight Designs and the credit link for the artist must remain on the layout when used.

Avatar, Button, Banner Terms

• You may not claim them as your own.
• You may not redistributed them on any other website.
• You may use avatars, buttons, and/or banners on forums and other such websites, but there must be a link back to Starlight Designs in your signature.
• If you chose to alter the graphic in any way (ie: put text on the image), you are still required to link back to Starlight Designs.

Wallpaper Terms

• You may not redistributed any of the wallpapers found here at Starlight Designs on any other website.
• You may not alter a wallpaper, upload it somewhere else, and claim it as your own.

Tutorials Terms

• You may not redistribute any of the tutorials without permission of the author.
• You may not claim the given information as your own.
• All tutorials are copyright to their originating author, so be aware of their copyright statements.
